U.S. 441 Proposed Median Modifications
Overview

Bravo Florida, LLC has applied for a permit to construct a Burger King with a drive connection at an existing full median opening on U.S. 441 approximately 1,000 feet north of Interstate 75. In order for the median opening to comply with spacing requirements, FDOT is requiring the permittee to modify the median opening from full to directional. This modi?cation will not have impacts to properties other than the proposed Burger King, which will be restricted from making left turns out to U.S. 441 north.

The Florida Department of Transportation is seeking input from nearby property owners and other citizens who may be impacted by the proposed changes. If you would like to comment on the proposed median modification, please send your comments to Permits Manager Adam Doyle at (352) 381-4308 Adam.Doyle@dot.state.fl.us or 5301 NE 39th Avenue, Gainesville, FL 32609.

Public comments will be accepted on the proposed median modifications through August 3, 2020.
