The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District 2 invites you to the Hybrid Public Meeting for the Park Street from US 27 to Glendale Street Project Development & Environment (PD&E) Study in Duval County, Florida (Financial Management Number 209407-2). This meeting will inform the public of the proposed improvements and serves as an official forum providing an opportunity for the public to express their opinions and concerns regarding the project.

While comments about the project are accepted at any time, please note that comments must be received by February 9, 2026, to be included in the public meeting record.
