I-10 / Stockton Street Interchange PD&E Study
Overview
A Project Development & Environment (PD&E) Study is being conducted by FDOT to evaluate alternatives to improve the safety and operational performance of the Stockton Street interchange at I-10. The proposed concept relocates the existing Stockton Street westbound on-ramp to I-10 further east, extending the distance for vehicles merging onto I-10 westbound from Stockton Street.

Hybrid Public Meeting (Monday, February 9, 2026)

The FDOT District 2 invites you to a Hybrid Public Meeting to discuss proposed improvements to I-10 at the Stockton Street Interchange in Jacksonville, Florida. The purpose of this public meeting is to give interested persons an opportunity to express their views concerning the location, conceptual design, and potential social, economic, and environmental effects of the proposed improvements.

For your convenience, there are several options for you to participate in the Public Meeting, including a virtual/online option and an in-person option. All participants, regardless of the platform they choose, will receive the same information about the proposed project. All comments received in-person, virtually, or electronically will be given equal consideration.

Virtual/Online Option
Open House: 5:30 pm - 6:00 pm
Presentation & Public Comment Period: 6:00 pm
Location: Online via smartphone, computer, or tablet
Registration: TBD

In-Person Option
Open House: 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm
Presentation & Public Comment Period: 6:00 pm
Location: FDOT Urban Office Training Center, 2198 Edison Avenue, Jacksonville, FL 32204

Persons wishing to submit written comments or questions may do so at the meeting or mail/email them to Justin Fairman, E.I. at the address provided below.
