Median Modifications on Atlantic Boulevard and on Dunn Avenue
Overview
FDOT will modify and installing Median Traffic Separators along two separate roadways: Dunn Avenue from Biscayne Boulevard to Harts Road and Atlantic Boulevard from Anniston Road to Dibble Circle. The goal of these improvements is to reduce traffic crashes. During construction, the public is encouraged to use caution in the area.

De Moya Group Inc. is expected to begin the $1.6 million median improvement project summer 2024 and complete the project early 2025, weather and unforeseen circumstances permitting. Lane closures will not be allowed 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Monday through Sunday.

Hybrid Public Meeting (Tuesday, October 4, 2022)

The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) invites you to attend a hybrid public meeting on Tuesday, October 4 from 4:30-6 p.m. to discuss median modifications along Dunn Avenue from Biscayne Boulevard to Harts Road and along Atlantic Boulevard (State Road 10) from Anniston Road to Dibble Circle.

Citizens who are unable to participate virtually or by phone may attend the meeting in person at FDOT Urban Office Training Center 2198 Edison Avenue, Jacksonville, FL 32204. Open house period: 4:30 to 6 p.m. with the presentation beginning at 6 p.m. Project team members will be available to answer questions and concerns during the open house period.
