The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District 2 invites you to a Subsequent Public Hearing to discuss
proposed improvements to I-95 from I-10 to Beaver Street, in Jacksonville, Duval County, Florida.
For your convenience, there are several options to participate in the hearing: including a virtual/online option and an in-person option. All participants, regardless of the platform they choose, will receive the same information about the project. All comments received in-person, virtually, electronically, or by mail will be given equal consideration.

The environmental review, consultation, and other actions required by applicable federal environmental laws for this project are being, or have been, carried out by the Florida Department of Transportation pursuant to 23 U.S.C. § 327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated May 26, 2022, and executed by the Federal Highway Administration and FDOT.
Before any decisions are finalized, we would like to hear from you. Persons wishing to submit written comments or questions may do so at the hearing or mail/email them to Michael Brock, P.E., 1109 S. Marion Ave., MS 2007, Lake City, FL 32025. Comments must be postmarked no later than December 13, 2024, to become part of the Public Hearing record.
