The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) will be hosting a hybrid public hearing: Tuesday, December 8, 2020, online at nflroads.com/VPH or by phone at (631) 992-3221 Access code 696-289-145 Citizens who are unable to participate virtually or by phone may attend the hearing in person at: St Johns County Auditorium, 500 San Sebastian View, St Augustine, Florida 32084 from 4 to 6 p.m. The public commenting period will begin at 6 p.m. In-person attendance will be limited to adhere to St. Johns County social distancing requirements. Citizens are encouraged to participate virtually. Both virtual and in-person participants will be given equal opportunity to ask questions and make oral statements that will become part of the public hearing record.

Public Hearing documents and presentations are currently available for review at www.nflroads.com/vph. These same documents and presentation will be displayed and played at the public hearing. No new information will be presented at the December 8, 2020 public hearing that is not currently on the internet. Persons wishing to submit written statements may do so at the internet site today. Oral comments may be made live on-line, by phone or in-person at the public hearing on December 8. Comments may also be mailed to Clint McCraw, 2198 Edison Avenue Jacksonville, Florida 32204. All exhibits or statements postmarked on or before December 18, 2020 will become part of the public hearing record.
