San Juan Avenue (State Road 128) between Roosevelt Boulevard (U.S. 17) and Herschel Street (State Road 211) Median Modification Public Hearing

A Hybrid Public Hearing is scheduled for January 12, 2021 with an open house being held from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. and the formal hearing beginning at 6 p.m. You may join the public hearing through Go To Webinar, calling into the number below or you can attend in person at the Jacksonville Urban Office training facility located at 2198 Edison Avenue, Jacksonville, Florida. This meeting was previously scheduled for November 12, 2020 but was rescheduled due to Hurricane Iota.

Persons wishing to submit written statements or other exhibits in place of or in addition to oral statements may do so during the hearing or any time before January 26, 2021 by submitting them via email to Cody.Ko@dot.state.fl.us or via traditional mail to Cody Ko, FDOT Traffic Safety Program Engineer, 2198 Edison Avenue Jacksonville, Florida 32204. All exhibits or statements postmarked on or before January 26, 2021 will become part of the public hearing record.
