The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), District Two, is conducting a Project Development & Environment (PD&E) study to replace the Heckscher Drive (SR 105) over Browns Creek bridge (Bridge No. 720059). Heckscher Drive is located in Duval County. FDOT is collecting information about marine vessels navigating under the bridge that carries Heckscher Drive over Browns Creek. To help us understand the amount of marine traffic, please fill out the following survey.
