Project improvements include milling and resurfacing, shoulder treatment, drainage improvements, curb and gutters, traffic signals, highway signing, sidewalks/bicycle path and other incidental construction on approximately 1.95 miles of U.S. 1 (State Road 5/Philips Highway) from Bayard Boulevard to Business Park Boulevard. The $4.1 million contract for these improvements was awarded to Duval Asphalt Products, Inc.
