U.S. 301 at Murray Ford
Overview

FDOT plans to convert the existing full median opening into a more restrictive bi-directional median opening. The modified median will allow southbound drivers to turn left into the new Murray Ford Quick Lane and northbound drivers to turn right into the Murray Ford Quick Lane or left into the existing convenience store. Left turns out of the Murray Ford Quick Lane will not be permitted, and only right turns onto SR 200 (U.S. 301) will be allowed.

Vehicles exiting the Murray Ford Quick Lane that wish to travel south may make a U-turn at the northernmost median opening, approximately 925 feet to the north. This median modification is intended to improve operations and safety along the SR 200 (U.S. 301) corridor. This construction will be funded by the developer at no cost to taxpayers.
