The project includes base work, drainage improvements, guardrail, sheet pile wall, riprap, milling and resurfacing and other incidental construction on State Road A1A at Mayport Road, just south of the U.S. Coast Guard Station.

Traffic will be maintained in accordance with FDOT design standards throughout the duration of the project. Work will predominantly occur during the day, Monday through Saturday.

J.B. Coxwell Contracting, Inc. was awarded the $1.4 million project.
