FDOT selected Preferred Materials Inc. as the contractor for this project. Improvements under this contract consist of milling and resurfacing, base work, shoulder treatment, drainage improvements, curb & gutters, traffic signals, lighting, highway signing, sidewalks, traffic monitoring site, and other incidental construction on State Road 24 in Alachua County from south of State Road 26 to north of SR 222.
No lane closures will be allowed from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. No lane closures will be allowed within 600 feet of a signalized intersection from 6:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
