The improvement project along SR 55 (U.S. 221) at Two Pines Creek Bridge and Woods Creek Bridge includes replacing bridges, milling and resurfacing the road, strengthening the foundation, improving shoulders, upgrading drainage systems and installing new signs and guardrails. FDOT selected Anderson Columbia Inc. to complete this $13.8 million project. Drivers can expect daytime lane closures and flagging operations from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. No lane closures will be allowed between the hours of 6:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. Monday through Friday.
