Overview

Dream Finders Homes, LLC has requested a permit to develop a facility for residential use in Jacksonville, Florida.

To maintain safety and manage access to the proposed site, FDOT is requiring the developer to make changes to an existing full median at the intersection of Dunn Avenue (State Road 104) and Robert Masters Boulevard to better meet current FDOT requirements and provide signalization. The developer would fund this construction at no cost to taxpayers.
