The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District 2 invites you to the Hybrid Public Meeting for the Granger Bridge over Steinhatchee River Project Development & Environment (PD&E) Study to discuss the proposed improvements to the Granger Drive Bridge in Taylor County, Florida. This meeting serves to inform the public of the evaluated alternatives and serves as an official forum providing an opportunity for the public
to express their opinions and concerns regarding the project.
FDOT is offering numerous ways to participate in the meeting. Interested persons may join the Virtual Public Meeting at www.nflroads.com/vph from a computer, tablet or phone; or participate over the phone via a “Listen Only” mode. Alternately, interested persons may participate in-person by going to the Steinhatchee Community Center. All options present the same materials and all comments, received in person or electronically, will be given equal weight.

Persons wishing to submit written comments may do so at the public meeting or mail/email them to the address provided no later than March 10, 2023 to be documented as part of the Public Meeting transcript. Public participation is solicited without regard to race, color, national origin, age, sex, religion, disability, or family status. Persons who require special accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) or persons who require translation services (free of charge) should contact Mr. Jared Sweat, at the number or email provided below at least 7 days before the meeting. The environmental review, consultation, and other actions required by applicable federal environmental laws for this project are being, or have been, carried out by FDOT pursuant to 23 U.S.C. § 327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated May 26, 2022, and executed by Federal Highway Administration and FDOT.
