Pedestrian and CSX Bridge Rehab
Overview
The FDOT is beginning work on district-wide bridge rehabilitation and maintenance beginning early 2023. Seacoast, Inc. was selected to complete the bridge repair and rehabilitation project on two bridges in Alachua County. The two bridges that are included in this project are: SR 25/US 441 Pedestrian Bridge and SR 200/US 301 bridge over SR 24/CSX Railroad. Each bridge will be assessed individually and repaired, rehabilitated and cleaned in accordance to its specific needs in accordance to state law. There will be no lane closures permitted on the SR 25/US 441 Pedestrian Bridge from 6:30am to 10:30pm.
