FDOT District Two to Host Public PD&E Kick-off Meetings
FDOT District Two is beginning a Project Development and Environment (PD&E) study to consider improvements to US 19 in Citrus and Levy counties.
Throughout the study, FDOT will hold public meetings, and the first meetings will be a series of three PD&E public kick-off meetings.
During the public kick-off meetings, FDOT will provide an overview of the project, its purpose, and its planned schedule. Project staff will be
there to answer questions and receive feedback from the public.
There are three public meeting opportunities as part of the PD&E kick-off. FDOT will host one virtual meeting as well as in-person
meetings in Chiefland and Inglis. The same information will be shared at all three meetings, and attendees will have the opportunity
to ask questions of project staff. Pre-registration is required to attend the virtual meeting to obtain a unique log-in link for each
user, and participants can register for the virtual meeting at any time until the meeting ends. While pre-registration for in-person
meetings is not required, it is appreciated as it can help facilitate smooth meeting logistics like parking and check-in.
