First Coast Expressway Landscaping Project
Overview

This project entails landscaping approximately 26 miles of roadway Right of Way along the First Coast Expressway from south of the I-10 interchange to north of the Blanding Boulevard intersection. The project includes plantings of native vegetation along the corridor to provide visual interest to drivers using the corridor for travel and daily commutes. The project also includes irrigation for plant establishment. For additional aesthetics, low landscape walls with accent lighting will be used to create gateway nodes along the corridor.
