First Coast Expressway – I-95 to East of CR 2209
Overview

This project includes construction of a new four-lane, high-speed toll facility from east of CR 2209 (St. Johns Parkway) to I-95. Mastec Civil LLC was awarded the $205 million contract to complete this project.

I-95 lane closure restrictions:
No single lane closures will be permitted from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday. No double lane closures or detours will be permitted from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday. No lane closures or detours will be permitted from 6 a.m. Friday through 9 p.m. Sunday.

CR 2209 lane closure restrictions:
No lane closures or detours will be permitted from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m.

CR 16A eastbound lane closure restrictions:
No lane closures or detours will be permitted from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m.

CR 16A westbound lane closure restrictions:
No lane closures or detours will be permitted from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
