The Florida Department of Transportation invites you to attend a Hybrid Public Hearing for the transfer of jurisdiction of State Road 109 (locally known as University Boulevard) from State to City of Jacksonville jurisdiction.

To attend in person, the meeting will be held at the FDOT Urban Office Training Building at 2198 Edison Avenue in Jacksonville, Florida. Information about the virtual meeting will be posted here at a later date.

Public participation is solicited without regard to race, color, national origin, age, sex, religion, disability, or family status. All comments postmarked on or before May 8, 2023, will be documented as part of the hearing record.
