San Jose Boulevard (State Road 13) at Mandarin Meadows Road Proposed Median Modifications Public Hearing

The hybrid hearing will be held December 10, 2020, with an informal open house from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. and a formal presentation beginning at 6 p.m. Citizens may participate online at the link below or by phone at (415) 655-0052, access code 821-654-882. Citizens who are unable to participate virtually may attend the hearing in person at the FDOT Urban Office Training Center located at 2198 Edison Avenue, Jacksonville, FL 32204.

Both virtual and in-person participants will be given equal opportunity to ask questions and make oral statements that will become part of the public hearing record. Persons who wish to submit written statements or other exhibits may do so prior to or by clicking the Comments link below. Citizens may also submit questions, statements and other exhibits by sending them to Julian McKinley P.E., Maintenance Program Engineer, via email at julian.mckinley@dot.state.fl.us or traditional mail at 2198 Edison Avenue, Jacksonville, FL 32204. All exhibits or statements postmarked on or before December 20, 2020 will become part of the public hearing record.

Public comments will be accepted on the proposed median modifications through December 20, 2020.
